Institute “Science in Society” (SiS)

The Institute for “Science in Society” (SiS) is part of the Department “Social Sciences and Philosophy” in the “Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Theology” of FAU.

SiS consists of two chairs:

• “Science, Technology and Gender Studies“, Prof. Maria Rentetzi
• “Ethics and Theory of AI“, Prof. Vincent C. Müller
